Class BmsPromptAbort

Thrown when a prompt chain is aborted — either the renderer was cancelled locally without a reprompt, or the GM meta-dialog chose Cancel. The executeSwingTriggers catch handler treats this like BmsResolveAbortError and unwinds the trigger chain.
